1) When you put skill points in Buskfyr's strength upgrade and it evolves into Buskfyrael, the skill points are lost as the skill in that slot changes and the points are not returned to be usable nor stay in the new skill. This didn't happen to the other skill (ability) that changes when I observed it.
2) Speed's effects don't change with battle buffs/debuffs nor with items. So what happens is only base speed matters, but changing someone's speed does nothing.
One more thing is that Jorgle's Turtle move seems to be reducing way more damage than it's supposed to. Every attack deals around 10 damage mid game up to around 20 in late game.
Ok, something weird happened. I ignored a Warren encounter (the second one) and then arrived at the Sanctum and there's no Warren and I'm stuck there because I sat on the bench without thinking. Since I don't have winged boots yet, I can't get out LMAO.
I love the new monsters and areas. The puzzles are very fun! Found a new bug in the Air Temple (Lower Garden). Sometimes you get blown more than you should and get stuck. To reproduce, hold the walk button in the ground and release while in the air, but this might take a few tries.
I think the boss in Air Temple wasn't too hard, as my team was very strong from items and being high level. The first boss and the wind girl feel like the strongest ones and tough in the first encounter, but I like it. The pirate feels a bit weak, but I'm not sure if that's because I usually defeat wind girl before. Oh, and the optional boss is very tough. I had to go farm other bosses in the last run after failing to defeat him, but I've defeated him before at first try with a different team. So I think it's good because even if he's too strong you can just go back later.
Great game. I found an annoying bug where I had already bought food items in Kyst's food stall (only first and last items, but might happen with the other one), then after exploring a bunch I came back and bought one more of each. But I only lost the gold and didn't get the second copy, so it was basically wasted gold.

I caught a new Busk and leveled it up to 10 and it evolved after the battle ended.
The evolution should trigger after the battle is over (even when losing). Also the evolution should trigger again after the next battle, because the monster still fulfills the condition (lvl 10) to evolve.
Very strange, that it doesn't work for you. If you have more infos about it, please let me know.
thanks for the help, although from what I saw when reaching the level required to evolve after defeating the last enemy in battle the evolution is automatically canceled
I'm playing in the windows version, it didn't happen only with busk, the problem also happened with the initial rock type monster, the crystal element monster that evolves at level 20 and the water type monster that evolves at level 18 (sorry I don't remember the names of the monsters), the only one I didn't have that problem with is the other rock type. Regarding what the evolution is canceled automatically, I mean that the evolutionary screen does not appear directly after going up to the required level if the level is reached after defeating the last enemy monster alive (I say this because the screen appears to improve some ability or statistics such as strength or resistance for example). although after the next fight they evolve
Can you give me some more information about what exactly is not working?
What OS version are you using on your mac?
Do you get a specific error message?
Don't you get into the game at all? (No unity screen? No game menu?)
There should be a log file at this location, that might help locate the problem. Feel free to post it here, if it's not too much trouble: ~/Library/Logs/SteFunGames\Monsters of Windy Peak/Player.log

That was kind of intended. Warren will only appear at the Sanctum, after you talk to him in the upper garden. (maybe this was a bad idea)
But you should be able to walk back to the upper garden and talk to him, to fix this issue.Maybe I should change this, so it is not possible to advance, without talking to him first.
Edit: Ahhh I think I know now what you mean. I didn't think of that! I will look into a fix for that.

You should be reset to the Sanctum, when you start the game. Also Warren now should always be there, even if you didn't talk to him earlier.

Good to hear! I was worried, that I made some bosses too hard.
Pirate is also designed to be a bit weaker than the rest, because you have to battle the other 3 guys before and can't heal between the fights.

It might be just me, but one of my monsters didn't evolve when it reached level 10 (in fact, it said that it had to reach the level to evolve)

Hi! In which browser are you playing the game? (I already tested chrome and edge, as well as the windows version. It worked for me every time)
Do you only have that problem with Busk? Or are all your monsters not evolving correctly?
What do you mean by automatically canceled? Do you see the evolution screen but it immediatly closes? Or doesn't the evolution screen appear at all?
